For more than thirty years I have worked across the arts, culture, education, volunteering and community sectors.
My approach combines creative practice with community development, helping people think differently, explore possibilities and discover solutions together.
Rather than relying solely on traditional meetings and consultation methods, I use participatory and creative approaches that encourage people to contribute ideas, build confidence and develop shared ownership of outcomes.
The result is often deeper engagement, stronger relationships and solutions that are both practical and imaginative.
